It is the Day of Remembrance and Reconciliation.
Today we honor the memory of all the victims of the Second World War, all the fighters against Nazism.
Could the world have imagined that after the horrors experienced, the system of international relations and the international order would be destroyed?
Could the world have imagined that a full-scale, bloody, and brutal war would be unleashed in the center of Europe in the 21st century?
Could the world have imagined that peaceful cities would be destroyed by missiles and bombs again?
For the second year in a row, Ukraine has been celebrating the Day of Remembrance and Reconciliation in the midst of a full-scale war.
Every day peaceful Ukrainians are killed, every day our Defenders are fighting!
They are fighting... against ruscism.
A new form of absolute evil. An evil that must be finally destroyed. And all those responsible for this evil must be punished.
Destroyed so that it no longer exists. Punished so that no dictator, no tyrant dares to change the world order and world security by force.
Eternal memory to all those who fought for freedom, truth, and independence at the cost of their lives.
