I congratulate all of those who work for our country. Those who fight the internal enemy, detect and detain enemy agents and spies, counter cyber attacks, conduct unique special operations and perform tasks in the hottest spots.

Thank you for your daily service and your daily heroism.

Thank you for bringing our Victory closer.
