"I am grateful to the Prime Minister of Croatia, Andrej Plenkovic, for his participation and supporting the initiative to hold the First Parliamentary Summit of the International Crimea Platform in Zagreb.» Ruslan Stefanchuk highlighted.

Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk, also said that during a meeting with a true friend of Ukraine, he thanked Croatia for political, humanitarian and military assistance.

«Tomorrow, in particular, on the sidelines of the First Parliamentary Summit of the International Crimea Platform, we must join forces as much as possible to:

- recognize russia as a state sponsor of terrorism;
- create a Special Tribunal for crimes committed by the russian federation against Ukraine and a compensation mechanism for Ukraine;
recognize the crimes of the russian federation as genocide of the Ukrainian people;
- increase sanctions pressure on the russian federation.» The Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament emphasized.
