Among the approved documents:
8132 — The resolution recognized the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria as one temporarily occupied by the russian federation and condemned the commission of genocide against the Chechen people.
Approved in general:
8109 — it was stipulated that during the period of martial law conscription shall not be carried out;
7444 — strengthened control over the dispensing of medicinal products, prohibited the sale of medicines without a prescription, if they are to be dispensed, according to the rules established by the Ministry of Health;
7557 — created appropriate conditions for the formation of voluntary fire protection units, defined requirements for local fire protection workers and criteria for involvement in volunteer fire protection membership;
7607 — created the conditions for the State Service of Special Communications to perform the functions of the authorized body for the protection of critical infrastructure;
6097 — reformed the legislation in the field of electronic digital signature in the use of electronic transactions and trust services.
Approved as a base:
8076 — it was proposed to simplify the procedure for entering philanthropists-individuals into the Register of volunteers of the anti-terrorist operation and/or implementing measures to ensure national security and defense, repel and deter armed aggression of the russian F
Federation. This should reduce the bureaucratic burden on volunteers;
7606 — it was proposed to introduce as a condition for acceptance to Ukrainian citizenship the knowledge of the basics of the Constitution of Ukraine, the history of Ukraine, and revise the terms of mastering the state language.
