"Even though Ukraine successfully resists russian aggression and protects its territorial integrity, gradually liberating its territories, we remain the guarantor of food security for the whole world! After all, Moscow's hunger games can cause the death of people, a political and economic catastrophe, the consequences of which, unfortunately, will be felt by the whole world.» Stressed the First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Oleksandr Korniienko, during the meeting with the delegation of Oman, headed by the Chairman of the Consultative Council of the Sultanate of Oman, Khalid bin Gilal Al-Ma'awali, on the grounds of the Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), which is ongoing in Kigali, Rwanda. Members of the parliamentary delegation, People's Deputies of Ukraine: Zhan Beleniuk, Artur Gerasimov, and Olga Rudenko, also took part in the conversation.
During the meeting, Oleksandr Korniienko emphasized that Ukraine is grateful to Oman for supporting the resolutions of the UN General Assembly "Aggression against Ukraine" and "Humanitarian consequences of aggression against Ukraine".
 We hope Oleksandr Korniienko noted for Oman's continued support of Ukrainian initiatives within the framework of international organizations, humanitarian aid, and participation in the reconstruction of Ukraine.

 "We plan to intensify interparliamentary cooperation, in particular, regarding the creation of friendship groups between our countries Ukraine and Oman.» The First Vicespeaker said at the end of the meeting.
