Oleksandr Korniyenko, First Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, delivered a welcoming speech to the participants of the 5th "Agricultural sector 2022 - 23, Survival Strategy" Forum.

 He thanked all the farmers for their hard work in the conditions of war, for their daily feat in the fields under fire and between mines.

 «The name of the event is not accidental.  Due to the full-scale invasion of the russian federation, the agricultural sector is suffering greatly. From 10 to 30% loss of income and profits. Tens of billions of dollars in direct losses.  Captured and unusable arable and mined lands.  There was a big problem with exports. These problems exist, but we must and we are trying to solve them," stressed Oleksandr Korniyenko.
