"Get up! Break the shackles...", — this is how the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk, commented on the social network about the adoption of Resolution No. 8105: "On the Address of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the International Community.

«Today, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted for a historical appeal to the international community to support the right to self-determination of the peoples of the russian federation.

 After all, the russian federation is now committing genocide not only of the Ukrainian people.

 While conducting its war of aggression, the Russian authorities are also carrying out genocide of the peoples of the russian federation, using the announced mobilization.

 Implementing its imperial policy, the russian government has been violating the rights of indigenous peoples and national minorities for decades. The totalitarianism and authoritarianism of the russian government is a threat to the free, democratic development of the peoples of Russia.

 National minorities and indigenous peoples must have the right to self-determination, peaceful assembly, free expression of views and opinions...

 Now the whole world has to learn new words starting with "de":
 - de-imperialization of russia;
 - decolonization of the peoples of the Russian Federation...

 To be continued…» Ruslan Stefanchuk emphasized.
