"Over 30 speakers of parliaments and heads of interparliamentary associations and assemblies have confirmed their participation in the First Parliamentary Summit of the International Crimea Platform, which will be held at the end of October in Croatia.» Ruslan Stefanchuk said during a telephone conversation with the President of the Chamber of Representatives of the Federal Parliament of the Kingdom of Belgium Eliane Tillieux.

 This will be a summit of friends of Ukraine! Noted Ruslan Stefanchuk it is also important for Ukraine that the Parliament of Belgium is present at this landmark meeting.

According to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the summit is intended to activate the parliamentary dimension of the work that Ukraine is doing together with international partners on the issue of the de-occupation of Crimea.

 «And on the example of the Ukrainian Crimea - we have to discuss the issue of global security.

 Now the whole world is watching the successes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and they would not be possible without the support of our partners. And this summit is a big part of our joint victory.» Ruslan Stefanchuk emphasized at the end of the telephone conversation.
