"Over 150,000 Ukrainians found refuge in Italy, fleeing the war. And I am grateful to Italy for such a manifestation of solidarity and sacrifice.» Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk emphasized this during a meeting with the President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Italian Republic, Roberto Fico.

Ruslan Stefanchuk also thanked the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Italian Republic for the financial and humanitarian assistance that Italy has provided us since the beginning of the full-scale russian invasion.

«I hope that Italy will join the process of rebuilding Ukraine. And Ukraine needs to hear about the readiness of several administrations of Italian regions and cities to join the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine!» Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine emphasized.
