On August 16, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted several important decisions:
5886 — provided for the creation of the National Council for Statistics, coordination of state statistical activities, and protection of confidential data used for statistical purposes.
Adopted in the basis:
7353 — defined legal and organizational principles for establishing one-time cash payments to persons authorized to perform state functions and, in particular, to journalists who were killed or injured;
6341 — identified tasks and mechanisms of state policy in the sphere of establishing Ukrainian national and civil identity;
7438 — increased control over the use of fireworks and firecrackers and any events using pyrotechnic products;
7433 — provided for the exchange of information between the State Register and the Fund for Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities on creating jobs for persons with disabilities.
