Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Olena Kondratiuk: «The Government of Spain, on the proposal of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, approved the allocation of 52.8 million euros to autonomous communities for the payment of direct financial aid to Ukrainians who found shelter here.»
«This is one of the practical results of the working trip to Spain – high-level meetings in the Spanish Parliament and Government, familiarization with the activities of the centers and the conditions for assisting forced Ukrainian migrants in this country.
«It is assumed that each adult Ukrainian migrant will receive direct assistance of 400 euros per month and minors - 100 euros each. Funds are to be paid within six months.» Olena Kondratiuk emphasized.
