The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk, reacted on his Facebook page to another brutal shelling of the residential areas of Kharkiv and Mykolaiv.
"The day will come - and russia will be in complete exile. In total isolation.
A country that fights private houses, schools, hospitals, and factories that uses its "z-army" to kill civilians is called a terrorist country.» the Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament emphasized.
In the Spring, Ukraine has already recognized it at the legislative level by passing the relevant law ruslan Stefanchuk added.
«Parliament has determined that the russian federation is a terrorist state whose purpose is the genocide of the Ukrainian people and mass murder of our citizens. The world needs to recognize this too.» the Chairman of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine stressed.
