In Kharkiv, russia struck again at the "Neutron Source" nuclear installation, which threatens radioactive contamination. In the Rivne region, the missiles hit a service station with a car wash and repair complex. In Kyiv, a rocket hit a residential building and a kindergarten.
This is evidence that the world is dealing with a terrorist state. All civilized and democratic countries, particularly the G7 summit, must respond decisively to these acts of international state terrorism.
There is widespread official recognition of russia as a sponsor of terrorism, which has already been recognized by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and called on other states to do the same.
