The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk, in an interview with POLITICO: Loss of interest or fatigue from Ukraine in Europe is an obvious russian narrative
"This is how Russia wants to breed despair, to break the will to fight. The meetings I hold in the EU countries prove the opposite. There is a great interest of both politicians and ordinary people in Ukraine, and this interest is growing," Ruslan Stefanchuk stressed.
"One should not be under the illusion that putin will stop in Ukraine. I always tell Europeans: open your eyes – the war is already in Europe. The question of how we will stop it [war] is our common question.“
He added that it is crucial for European politicians to listen and hear Ukraine.
"It is a priority for me. And that their decisions aim to support those European principles and values ??for which thousands of Ukrainians are dying today," emphasized the Speaker of the Parliament of Ukraine.
