Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk, met with the President of the French Senate, Gerard Larcher

“Ukraine is writing history with the blood of its best sons and daughters while waiting for Europe to write the word "candidate" in ink.

I hope that this great historic decision will be made on June 24 under the French presidency. I extended a hand of friendship with a request to extend a hand of help.” commented Ruslan Stefanchuk.

For his part, Gerard Larcher assured that Ukraine can count on France's support in its European integration aspirations.

The President of the French Senate also accepted the invitation to visit Ukraine and promised to do so as soon as possible!

"When I go to Kyiv, it is to be useful to Ukraine," Gerard Larcher said.
