During his visit to Germany, the Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament met with German parliamentarians and government officials who directly influence decisions on arms supplies to Ukraine.
However, according to the Chairman, Ukraine needs long-term cooperation with Germany in the military sphere.
"Ukraine will be interested in everything that Germany has to offer. We want to renew our weapons not only on land but also at sea. Moreover, the latest weapons are important to us, not just the transfer of post-Soviet obsolete equipment. I emphasized this at all meetings," the Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament underlined.
"Every day of delay for Ukraine is measured by the terrible numbers of the lives of Ukrainian sons and daughters. I asked that the bureaucracy does not stand in the way of conducting an effective defense for Ukraine and the world," Ruslan Stefanchuk stressed.
