Ruslan Stefanchuk, “Persistent diplomatic work with countries blocking Ukraine's accession to NATO is one of the priorities”

Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk at the Conference of Ambassadors of Ukraine ‘Diplomacy 30. Strategy of the Strong State’ stressed the need to confirm the existing and consider new formats of Collective Security.

Ruslan Stefanchuk reminded that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supports the implementation of the country's strategic course towards joining NATO by adopting a number of important laws (‘On Defense Procurement’, ‘On Intelligence’, etc.).

According to him, “the blocking of our accession to NATO by some EU countries was the result of a hybrid war waged by Russia.”
