The President of Ukraine will give the Annual Address to the Verkhovna Rada on the Internal and External Situation of Ukraine

According to Article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine, On December 1, 2021, at the plenary sitting of the Parliament, the President of Ukraine will give the Annual Address to the Verkhovna Rada on the Internal and External Situation of Ukraine.
