Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk signed the Law of Ukraine "On Administrative Procedure".
"Ukraine, congratulations! I just signed a document with a 22-year history - the Law of Ukraine "On Administrative Procedure". Its value is that every Ukrainian will have the same rights when interacting with the state, without unnecessary bureaucracy, based on EU standards," Ruslan Stefanchuk stressed.
According to him, the law stipulates that a person gets the right to know about all the decisions that the government plans to make about him, as well as to provide their oral or written explanations. And the authorities will motivate their decisions and fully explain to people how these decisions can be appealed.
"I believe that this is an important step towards the citizens, a step towards the service state, a step towards the EU. We are walking together to the Country of Dreams," said the Speaker of the Parliament of Ukraine.
