Chairperson of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov signed the Resolution “On Urgent Measures to Ensure the Realization of the Right of Citizens to Housing” (No. 5251).
The adopted document will allow to collect statistical information on the state of realization of the right of citizens to housing in the state, to carry out its analysis and to work out the program of actions of the Government.
The Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine instructs the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the situation of:
- providing citizens with housing by categories, in terms of regions, cities, OTGs, departments, as well as regarding the number of citizens in the queues;
- funds required to provide citizens with housing, taking into account the average cost of housing in the relevant area;
- average and maximum period of registration of citizens, the dynamics of the housing queue by years since 1991;
- statistics on housing by citizens for the last 10 years.
