The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine signed the Law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Stimulating the Activity of Farms”

Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov signed the Law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Stimulating the Activity of Farms” (No. 4046).

The law regulates the composition of land plots of farms and determines the range of recipients of state support through the Ukrainian State Fund for Support of Farms.

The adopted document also provides for state support of a farm whose head is under the age of 35. This will allow rural youth to implement their entrepreneurial initiatives, and will help stop the migration of young people from rural areas.
