During the 30-year history of independent Ukraine, there were times when its people had to defend their rights and freedoms. For the eighth year in a row, Ukrainians have been forced to fight for the right to live in the free and sovereign state. During this time, Ukrainian society has united, hardened, but, unfortunately, at the cost of great human losses.
On this day, we honor the memory of those who gave their lives for our common future. Who with his blood stopped the aggression of the enemy in the East of Ukraine and provided a peaceful sky over the heads of millions of compatriots. The feat of each of our defenders who died in this struggle for independence deserves honor and respect.
Eternal memory and gratitude to each defender!
