Chairperson of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov signed the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine “On the Budget Declaration for 2022-2024”
(No. 5765).
With this document, the Parliament took note of the Budget Declaration for 2022-2024, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and also provided its recommendations on budgetary policy.
Among the recommendations of the Verkhovna Rada are to increase the revenues of the draft state budget for next year, develop the export of goods, works and services of Ukrainian origin and increase their competitiveness on the world market by stimulating export crediting.
The Parliament recommends the Government in preparing the draft Law of Ukraine on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2022 to take measures to ensure import substitution, attract investment in new production and industrial development of Ukraine, in particular, by introducing a localization tool in public procurement, as well as the creation of industrial parks with tax incentives, approval of the Public Debt Management Strategy for 2022-2023 and its implementation plan.In addition, the document discusses the feasibility of revising funding sources and areas of use of the special fund of the state budget, increasing the subsistence level for major social and demographic groups and increasing the minimum wage.
