The Resolution established the Temporary Special Commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Protection of Investors' Rights and defined its main tasks:
1) preparation and submission for consideration to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of legislative initiatives to protect the rights of investors, ensuring equal protection of the rights, interests and property of investment entities, regardless of ownership, as well as effective investment in the economy of Ukraine, development of international economic cooperation and integration;
2) determination of priority directions of improvement of the legislation on creation of conditions for investment activity;
3) ensuring the protection of the rights of investors (business);
4) parliamentary cooperation with business associations and relevant structures to promote the creation of unimpeded conditions for attracting investment.
The Temporary Special Commission included 13 MPs.
