Chairperson of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov believes that every changes to the Constitution of Ukraine should be considered carefully. He stated this during the Press Conference "Parliamentarism. Constitution. Independence".
"I am very careful about changes to the Basic Law. Because even the location of a comma can depend a lot on the state," said Dmytro Razumkov.
He stressed that the consequences of changes to the Constitution must be calculated so as not to harm the state.
At the same time, Dmytro Razumkov stated that he supported the idea of ??amending the Constitution to reduce the number of MPs. "If there are 300 MPs instead of 450, it will not affect the quality of the Verkhovna Rada's work globally. I think the Parliament will not work worse," the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada said.
