Dmytro Razumkov instructed the Committee to immediately prepare for consideration the draft resolution with an appeal to the US Congress on "Nord Stream-2"

Dmytro Razumkov, Chairperson of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, instructed the Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation to prepare the draft resolution on the appeal to the US Congress on sanctions against the construction of the 'Nord Stream-2' gas pipeline for consideration in the Parliament on Friday.

Dmytro Razumkov said that the draft resolution on the appeal of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the House of Representatives and the Senate of the US Congress of 117 convocations to intensify efforts to strengthen energy security of Ukraine and Europe by imposing sanctions on the construction of the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline is currently being prepared.

“In this regard, I appeal to the profile Committee with a request to hold the meeting today at 15:00 and prepare the draft Resolution for consideration. So that tomorrow, after the Hour of questions to the Government, we will be able to consider it in the Verkhovna Rada," said the Speaker of the Parliament.
