Dmytro Razumkov honored the memory of combat veterans in the territory of other states

Chairperson of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov took part in the flower-laying ceremony at the Afghanistan 1979–1989 War Memorial on the occasion of the Day of honoring combat veterans in the territory of other states.

A minute of silence was observed in memory of the victims.
