Chairperson of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine: I hope for constructive work of deputy factions and groups with the Draft State Budget-2021

Chairperson of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov hopes that on Tuesday the Parliament will support the Draft Law on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2021 and related draft laws. This was stated by the Chairperson of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine during the Conciliation Council of Deputy Factions and Groups.

“Today we talked with representatives of all parliamentary factions and groups. I see absolute constructiveness in the approaches. I hope that this will not change by tomorrow, and everyone will be ready to work on this document. I would like to believe that we will be able to consider all the necessary bills tomorrow and adopt them,” stated Dmytro Razumkov.

According to the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada, on Tuesday it is also planned to consider the draft laws on the resumption of the NAPC, the work of which was blocked after the decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine of October 27, 2020. In addition, the Parliament will consider the extension of the Law “On the special order of local self-government in certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.”

“Also, on Thursday – the second reading of the draft law on “investment nannies”. I hope the bill will be ready. It would be desirable to adopt it at the end of this year,” stated the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
