The Verkhovna Rada plans to prepare a revised bill on the restoration of the e-declaration system on the basis of initiatives of the President of Ukraine and the Parliamentary Working Group. The Speaker of Parliament stated this during the Conciliation Council of parliamentary factions and groups.

“On the basis of these two bills, we will create a revised bill, taking into account all the positive aspects that are reflected in the presidential bill, and in the bill, which was developed by the Parliamentary Working Group over the past two weeks,” he informed.

According to Dmytro Razumkov, a number of meetings and sittings have been held recently, including a relevant parliamentary working group aimed at creating a balanced initiative on the two bills, which would take into account all the positive aspects reflected in the above-mentioned bills. The Speaker thanked all those who actively participated in the discussion and worked on finding a way out of the situation.

“I hope that we will be able to reach a consensus quickly and be able to consider the issue this week and resolve it quickly,” said the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada and added that he hopes for a quick response and consolidation of efforts of all parties.

Regarding the adoption of the State Budget for 2021, Dmytro Razumkov noted that the bill was submitted to the Parliament with a serious delay.  According to him, MPs need time to get acquainted with this document.  “It is possible to consider the Draft State Budget in the next plenary week, or, if possible, in the non-plenary week at an extraordinary sitting,” noted the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
