Within the frame of his Lithuanian visit, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy had a meeting, together with the Seimas’s Speaker V.Pranckietis, the Sejm Marshal S.Karchevsky, with members of the Presidium of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the Lithuanian Seimas, the Polish Sejm and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The visit programme includes taking part in the assembly’s sitting, a meeting with the Seimas’s Speaker V.Pranckietis, the Sejm Marshal S.Karchevsky and the Lithuanian Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis, and participation in a plenary meeting of the Lithuanian Seimas.
The speakers will give a joint press conference together with the Polish marshal for the mass media later on.
