The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine A.Parubiy expressed condolences to relatives of the dead children in Kerch.
Opening the morning session on Thursday, the Chairman noted that there had occurred a terrible calamity in the Ukrainian city of Kerch, now under Russian occupation. "The insane bloody tragedy took twenty human lives. Most of them were children," he added.
According to him, "never such was the case in the Ukrainian Crimea". "The madness of the "Russian world" smashed the innocent children. It's our pain, it's our children. I express my sincere condolences to the innocent victims, their relatives and friends".
The head of the Ukrainian parliament called on to honour the memory of the dead Ukrainian children.
