Andriy Parubiy has triggered consideration of repealing e-declarations for social activists (public-spirited persons) and decriminalization of not-submitting e-declarations by them
The issue shall top the next plenary session’s agenda on April 3.
In gathering of faction whips at the Parliament, the Chairman Andriy Parubiy initiated future talks on abolishing the procedure of electronic declaration for public activists and decriminalizing the failure to submit the declarations by them.
“The parliamentary factions and groups’ heads have today agreed upon to communicate within in order for us all to succeed in decriminalizing the whole e-declarations issue for social activists,” stated A.Parubiy, the Parliament’s Chairperson.
