A.Parubiy: State budget of the current year ought to go through the same thorough and lucid way as it did last year
As the session opens, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is to focus on draft reforms of education, medicine, pension, judicial branch and the parliament itself during this plenary week. It was said by the Chairman of the Parliament in his recent interview.
He also noticed it was “highly important to align the budget process with the worked-out procedure”. Last year, the process went through all the stages set by law – from its first reading and in-committee treatment to its second reading. “This year we are slating to go ahead in the same way,” said A.Parubiy. “We still have some subtle shades in the process as taking of any reform entails certain financial implications which should be accounted for in a next year budget”.
According to A.Parubiy, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine shall consider in the coming days a cybersecurity law which “is highly topical
for support of the state cybersecurity”.
This Wednesday, as proposed by the parliamentary committees, will not have a plenary meeting against the intra-committee doings – working out of draft reforms and other documentation to be soon tabled up to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
