“I am honoured to convey you greetings from the United Nations Secretary-General with whom I met on July 9th and called on the United Nations to deprive Russia of its right of veto at the UN Security Council, as this is line with Clause 3 of Article 27 of the UN Charter which runs that the aggressor State must refrain from voting once it is a party of the conflict,” said A.Parubiy. “We all need a strong and powerful United Nations as it is the earnest of peace and consistency in the world”.
