Jens Stoltenberg, Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, visits the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine today
«Today, Jens Stoltenberg, the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization shall pay a visit to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,” stated Andriy Parubiy, the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine at the Conciliation Board session on July 10th.
At 16:00 pm there will be a meeting between the Ukrainian Parliament’s members and Jens Stoltenberg, Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in the plenary meeting hall of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine called on MPs to take an active part in the meeting. A separate meeting with all the fractions and group leaders of the Parliament will take place later on.
“I am sure this visit of the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization is an important stride of Ukraine towards NATO membership,” stressed A.Parubiy, the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
