First Deputy Chairperson on her way to Brussels

Today, June 22, 2017, Iryna Herashchenko, the First Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, as part of Ukraine’s delegation led by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, is paying a working visit to Brussels.
It is planned to meet with Donald Tusk, President of the European Council, Joseph Daul, President of the European People’s Party, other high ranking EU leaders. There will be discussions on preparations to the Ukraine-EU Summit taking place in Kyiv on July 12-13, 2017.
The visit also envisages participation of Ukraine’s delegation in the widened European People’s Party Summit.
