Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Andriy Parubiy, said he had spent much time filling in his declaration and accomplished it long ago however, he could not submit it as the National Anticorruption Agency's portal did not operate.

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada hopes that the portal did not work due to considerable number of people willing to submit their e-declarations rather than in view of alleged hacker attacks.

Besides, Andriy Parubiy noted that there could be no postponement in the terms of submission of such declarations.

"It was almost a detective story. Almost two days I tried to register my e-declaration. Finally I did it," Andriy Parubiy wrote on Facebook.

He wrote: "After the registration a number of mass media organizations wrote I had five apartments and two houses. That was absolutely untrue. In compliance with the explanations of representatives of the National Anticorruption Agency, I had to mention the house and the land twice — for the first time as my wife's property and for the second time as my right to use them. In fact that property is in our joint use. That means that we have one house, but it was mentioned twice in the declaration."

"I'd like to tell what I have declared in details. My wife has an apartment for 21.6 square meters and a land plot for 1,100 square meters with a house of 32 square meters on it. The same is with the father's apartment with the total area of 142.6 square meters where our family lives. This apartment belongs to my father and my brother's family. I grew up in that apartment. As far as my family lives there I had to mention that apartment thrice in my e-declaration.

Another apartment with the total area of 41.58 square meters was mentioned as I am registered there however, do not have any ownership right to it. In that apartment my brothers' family lives. The apartment has not yet been privatized and belongs to the state."

Andriy Parubiy said that during a year he mainly lives at the Kyiv Hotel. "Thus, I declared that hotel room for 50 square meters."
