On Tuesday, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Andriy Parubiy, expressed confidence that the draft state budget for 2017 would be tabled in the Parliament by the Government on time. "The state budget for 2017 will have to provide all the opportunities to socially protect all Ukrainian citizens. The priority should be improvement of the defense capacity of the warring country," he noted.
"We have to enhance our defense potential through drafting respective bills. I am confident that we are all like-minded persons here in this session hall," the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada said.
