Opening the plenary meeting of the Ukrainian Parliament on Thursday, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andrii Parubii noted that the people's deputies of Ukraine representing different factions and anti-terrorist operation participants consider that to block Ukrainian Parliament in conditions of war is a crime.
Andrii Parubii said it is unacceptable to disrupt the work of the Parliament "playing into the hands of the enemy."
According to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, the Parliament must have an opportunity to vote for the laws enhancing Ukrainian army.
