The bill (Reg. No. 1166) suggests reducing the number of licensing documents that are enclosed to the application of the economic agent for issuance of a license for production of alcohol ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages; make amendments to the procedure of paying for the license to retail sales of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products; and decrease the deadline for taking the decision to grant and deny a license.
