The Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law to amend the Law “On state regulation of production and turnover of alcohol ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products” (re the procedure of issuing licensees)

The bill (Reg. No. 1166) suggests reducing the number of licensing documents that are enclosed to the application of the economic agent for issuance of a license for production of alcohol ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages; make amendments to the procedure of paying for the license to retail sales of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products; and decrease the deadline for taking the decision to grant and deny a license.
