The bill (Reg. No. 0937) proposes to amend the Law "On Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control) in the Economic Sphere" by specifying: the procedure for comprehensive performance of planned state supervision measures; the procedure to cease manufacture and sale of products, performance of works, and provision of services by economic agents; the condition for taking unscheduled measures of state supervision (control).

The draft provides also that "production (manufacturing) or sale of goods, works, services by economic agent are to be suspended only by a court decision”.
