The Committee on Entrepreneurship, Regulatory and Antimonopoly Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt in the second hearing and in entirety the draft law “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the Main Principles of state Monitoring (control) of Economic Activity” (re limitation of interference into the activity of economic agents)

The bill (Reg. No. 0937) proposes to amend the Law "On Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control) in the Economic Sphere" by specifying: the procedure for comprehensive performance of planned state supervision measures; the procedure to cease manufacture and sale of products, performance of works, and provision of services by economic agents; the condition for taking unscheduled measures of state supervision (control).

The draft provides also that "production (manufacturing) or sale of goods, works, services by economic agent are to be suspended only by a court decision”.
