The bill (Reg. No2282) envisages implementation of the
duty of insurance companies to use the experience modification rate depending
on the availability or absence of the insured accidents through guilt of insurer,
liability of which is insured, in the course of the defining of the rate of
insurance payment and oblige Transport Insurance Bureau of Ukraine to establish
information base on insured accidence through these individual´s fault.
Furthermore according to the Committee members "the suggested by the bill amendments need elaboration pursuant to its content that can not be performed in the course of the second reading procedure."
