The Committee on Finance and Banking recommends the Parliament to reject the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Compulsory Insurance of Civil-Legal Liability of Land-Based Vehicles Owners" (regarding The Experience Modification Rate)

The bill (Reg. No2282) envisages implementation of the duty of insurance companies to use the experience modification rate depending on the availability or absence of the insured accidents through guilt of insurer, liability of which is insured, in the course of the defining of the rate of insurance payment and oblige Transport Insurance Bureau of Ukraine to establish information base on insured accidence through these individual´s fault.

 

Furthermore according to the Committee members "the suggested by the bill amendments need elaboration pursuant to its content that can not be performed in the course of the second reading procedure."
