The Bill (Reg. No4385(for a change) suggests regulation in the taxation and other legislations of Ukraine of the Buyback Transaction of Used Goods (in particular it concerns transport means, household equipment, mobile phones etc.)

Moreover, the bill introduces the amendments to the Law "On Commodity Exchange" that implement restrictions according to which separate defined goods can not be considered as the subjects of the active bond if they are not sold as a consignment and also used goods, motor vehicles in particular.
