Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts in the Second Reading and in Its Entirety the Bill on Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine (regarding the Income Taxation from the Operations on Buyback Transaction of Used Goods)

The Bill (Reg. No4385(for a change) suggests regulation in the taxation and other legislations of Ukraine of the Buyback Transaction of Used Goods (in particular it concerns transport means, household equipment, mobile phones etc.)

 

Moreover, the bill introduces the amendments to the Law "On Commodity Exchange" that implement restrictions according to which separate defined goods can not be considered as the subjects of the active bond if they are not sold as a consignment and also used goods, motor vehicles in particular.
