In the course of the Committee sitting it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№3626) is aimed at the improvement of the legislation regulating the regulatory agencies´ activity.

The bill suggests implement that the efficient law force is spread on the relations connected with the implementation of the state supervision, control in the sphere of relations that appear in the course of the procedures, envisaged by the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements and also on operative-investigative activity inquest.
