Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Article 2 of the Law "On Basic Principles of the State Regulation (Control) in the Economic Activity Sphere" (regarding the Coordination of the Regulatory Agencies Activity in the Course of the Administrative Actions)

In the course of the Committee sitting it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№3626) is aimed at the improvement of the legislation regulating the regulatory agencies´ activity.

 

The bill suggests implement that the efficient law force is spread on the relations connected with the implementation of the state supervision, control in the sphere of relations that appear in the course of the procedures, envisaged by the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements and also on operative-investigative activity inquest.
