Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has sent the telegram on condolence because of the death on 83^rd year of life of Volodymyr Antonovych PLYUTYNSKIY, the People´s Deputy of Ukraine of the Third Convocation, Twice Hero of Social Labour, and Honoured Agricultural sphere of Ukraine worker to his widow, Maria Musiivna.
